My employer requires a specific format for job numbers: XY-0001-21 for example.  XY = region code (static), 0001 is the incremental order number, 0001, 0002, etc.  -21 is the two digit year (yy).  When a new job order button is selected the next incremented job number needs to automatically appear for the technician to complete the rest of the form.  I tried using input masks but it doesn't work.  The entire job order number needs to appear when the technician clicks on 'create new job' button.  I am only interested in region XY and so that can remain constant forever.
