Hi Richsrd:

    I underdtand you will get yo my database as soon as you can.  I have my contact database that i sent you.  I have question about address field.  I have address field as 1 field and hsve an address example that i have

North county complex,
725 Veterams Memorial Hwy,
Bldg #17

and have seperate field for city state and zip.  How can i have the adress in my database so i don't have to more then 2 address fields in the dstabase and also to put in on my address list report.  Can you please help me when you have chance?  I understand you are always busy.

There's nothing wrong with having Address1 and Address2 if you want. However, if you do want to keep it all in the same field, just instruct the user to type in a NewLine character with CTRL-ENTER.

I have two fields for Address, using the second address field for PO boxes. If you're using it for reports, you can use the Can Shrink property to remove the Address2 field from the report printout if it's blank, it will snug togethor all the fields instead of leaving blank space. I've come to love this for our monthly mailouts.
