My "job status" field need to be calculated between the jobstart and jobend date fields.  I need the "job status" field to reflect the current status by date.  Example: If today is before the start date then "not started" should be displayed.  If today is between the jobstart and jobend dates, then "in work" needs to be displayed.  If today is after the jobend date then "job completed" needs to be displayed.  Should I use a form?  Query?
