Is it hard to to create reports with the way the form is that now i have the email, address and phone number in a seperate table and have subforms for the email phone address?  I want to create a address report for my contacts and email and phone list  Can you please let me know?

1. Is it hard for me? No. LOL. Just playin'. As long as you follow the instructions in the video, it should work just fine. If you're trying to make changes or adapt it yourself to something different, then you may run into issues. This is why it's important to take the time to LEARN Access properly, from the Beginner thru the Expert thru the Developer courses. Don't just grab an advanced database with VBA in it and expect to cut and paste and just have stuff work when you change it. You need to understand the concepts.

2. It's not super difficult, again, if you understand what's going on. You need to use Subreports. I'll be doing this in the ABCD either in Part 6 or 7. I cover them in detail in Access Expert 9. Watch that before attempting to do them yourself.
