First of all thank you for all your help.  I finished creating a database for a perspective customer.  I am using Access 2003 and my customer also has the same version.  I tried to e-mail my customer the database for review, but the customer cannot open the database, save or even drag it to the desk top.  The message he is receiving is that it is unsafe.  I know the file is safe and I have a suspicion it is because it is a database file.  Do you have any recommendations as to what I need to do so this file can be view as created by my customer.    
I am hoping that if all else fails, I can copy/save the file to a flash drive and mail it to the customer.  My goal with the final version of the Data base is to be able to make monthly updates for my customer for their use at their home.
