I noticed that you have a seminar on the waiting list about emailing from Access.  I would like to recommend that anyone reading this who needs to do email from within Access check out the Total Access Emailer from FMS Inc.  I have found this program to be amazing.  It allows you to do just about anything you can think of in terms of emailing from Access, and it does NOT rely on Outlook, since it uses its own SMTP server to send out the email.  You can even buy a version which gives you unlimited rights to include emailing in your customers' databases without buying more copies of the program.  Highly recommended!  The URL is www.fmsinc.com.
