Question on Access Time & Billing Database involving multiple staff, multiple projects & multiple direct & Billing rates. As each new client project is set-up (entered) a Billing Rate Table (BRT) is assigned to that project (based on contract agreed rates). Most projects use a Standard BRT, but some projects require other specific BRT (i.e., government projects, etc.). The BRT contains each employee and their Hourly Direct Cost($) & Billing Rate($). Each employee may work on multiple project every day. As each employees daily time is entered & the project on which that time applies to, the associated BRT needs to be referenced and a total Direct Cost & total Billing Rate generated by multiplying each by the employees hours for that entry.  Question: How to call-up & get the correct BRT for each entry?
