I have enjoyed your Access Seminar.  I am using Access 2007.  It appears you are using Access 2003 in the seminar video.  Everything was working fine until we came to opening  “ContactF” form from the “CustomerF” form to a specific record.
When I tried to open a contact to a specific record, I got all the records.   Access 2007 the button wizard generates a macro instead of VBA Code.
I have downloaded all of your example Access database mdb files.  I have found buttons that have VBA Code to open a form to a specific record, I have cut and pasted this code then modified it for my button and the result is the Contact Form opens to a new record.
