Hello Richard!
I am creating a database with a past due deadline and no budget which makes me a speed racing freeloader invading your website!!
I am having trouble discerning which path to take in my design. I love the concept of the helper data in your ABCD Database but I haven't been able to figure out the box on the right with the options for address / Phone# / Emails. The TechHelp customer form is easy enough except I don't know how to show the multiple contacts for each customer. I need to be strategic in the $$$ I spend on your courses. So, I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on when it is best to use which methodology when designing a database

I understand the need to be frugal. The box to the right is something I cooked up using a subform and changing where it gets its source data from. The colored labels change WHICH form is in the subform. But this is definitely a more advanced concept, which is why I put it in the ABCD. If you're still at the Beginner level, just stick to a single Subform.
