How do I make the the overlapping tabs should overlap ON the navigation pane NOT UNDER the navigation pane
I have downloaded a template from Microsoft Office and the forms I could take them around all over the screen any idea where is the settings for it or its a piece of VBA?

Try setting PopUp to Yes. The form will remain on top of other forms including the navigation pane.

I don't know of another way (Richard or Alex will have to answer that). I would personally collapse the navigation pane and create a well designed navigation system within the database.

What are overlapping tabs? I know of tabbed view and overlapping windows. Show me a screenshot of what you mean.

Yes, the only way is with a Popup form, which I don't recommend.
