Hi Juan:

I was watching the bang! Vs Dot. Video.  Don't think that has to do what i want to do creating mailing labels with the address subform.  I don't hsve the address city state and zip in my main form. I have the sub form like what Richard has in the ABCD database

You're just trying to make a mailing label with the data right? Assuming the data is stored in a table(s) so the form's irrelevant. Just make a report with all the fields included, link the tables in a query if you need to and get all the fields you need and base the report off that query.

Yes that is right Adam.  Want to make mailing labels with LastName, Firstname, Address, City, State and Zip.  But the addresses are in a seperate table, cause those I I made a subform for to put in my main contactF form like what Richard has in the ABCD database.

HI Adam:

I already have a report made for names and addresses already.  I opened up the report and went to crearte and clicked on the labels and picked the labels that I want then saw all the fields and has the fields that are in my addressF

Hi adam:

Yes,  Thsnk you.  Problem is solved.  I forgot thst i created the address report and should've opened it first snd click the lsbels under neith the report wizard to check to see if worked before I asked for help or point me in the right direction to do it.  After you asked me if I watched the Bang!  Vs Dot. Video I looked into that and was able to solve my problem.   Thank you so much again.
