View 2 Databases

If there a way to view 2 databases at the same time. My original database has (10) fields each for Quantity, Part Number and Description. My intent was to make the database form look like as much as possible the original paper form that my company uses to track customer returns. It was suggested that I don't do it this way, but do it in a way where each entry has it's own record for each item returned.  With that in mind, I created a form and table to do this, which seems to be working fine, the only problem is, I cant figure out an easy way to transfer the old table information to the new one, without having to put the old data into an excel sheet and then having to "side scroll" to get the information I need to fill the new table. I am still very new at this, and am not sure of any other way to do this. Any help or comments would be great.  Thanks.

I think this covers the basic idea of what you need

But yes, you can open multiple access databases at once. You can also drag and drop tables etc between them.
