It all in what Ver of Access you have.   I run 2019 and mine are to the left. Nothing I can do. :)

Got it. I am using Office 365 and mine are all to the left as well. Would like to have the centered them on some occasions, but not that big a deal. Appreciate the response. Have a Great Day!

I found two ways of doing this: 1. Place 20 or so spaces before your form title. ex.:   ... spaces...         My Form Title.
2.  Make a label or text box with your Form title, make the back color to match the back color of form, go to form properties and change borderstyle to none.
** Don't do boderstyle change unless you can access Navigation Pane. Borderstyle to none removes the min, max, close, and ability to switch back to design view. **

Yeah, it's based on the version of Access you have and also the version of Windows you're running. I have the same 365 subscription running on a Win8 and a Win10 machine. The Win8 has the centered captions. Win10 has them left aligned. Pete's suggestions will work. There's also this: Custom Form Backgrounds.
