Keith -
I see that you posted this in the Tech Help so...  Maybe wrong area?
The Tech help videos are mostly short videos dealing with specific subjects

Richards COURSE videos are very rarely more than 30 minutes INDIVIDUALLY,  the total course is almost always at least 1 hour long and in some instances much longer.

How are you accessing the course?  You should be able to move from lesson 1 to lesson 2 to lesson x.  OR start in the middle where you left off.  Once you sign up for a course you can keep coming back and watch them as many times as you want.

Hand books ??  Personally, this depends on how you learn.  It's kind of nice to have a document open that you can refer to when building a data base.  Easier than watch video hit pause. Work on db.  Watch video. Repeat.

Hi Keith. You can find the courses that you signed up for on your My Courses page. Those are things like Access Beginner 1, 2, 3, etc. There are links that will take you directly to each of those courses, and they're all at least 1 hour long. A "course" is a series of "lessons." For example, the course "Access Beginner 1" is made up of 12 or so individual lessons. This is not to be confused with all of the other Seminars, Templates, or TechHelp videos that you might find on the site. Those are all different. Sorry if it's at all confusing. I try to provide different solutions for different needs. Watch the Site Tour video for some help.
