I would probably just do it using VBA, but since you're only in the beginner lessons, that will probably be a little too advanced for you.

I would instead then try to use a Filter to limit the information on the report to that day. Start here

That will hopefully help you understand how to setup a filter to filter by, in your case, a date.

There's a couple ways to get to selecting a date for the report, you can make a text box on the form and call for it's value inside of the query using criteria like Forms!FormName!FieldName , or use entered parameters.
