Adding Data Between Forms

Hey Richard, I am creating a Form that Calculates the "Labor, Materials, Equipment, & Subcontractor" Data. These Forms add the Data Calculated into another Form that Stores the all the Data into a Table. Thing I have ran into is how to sent the Data from one Form to the Another when I "Close" the Form.

You'll probably want to trigger an event somewhere to copy the calculated values. You can either do it in an AfterUpdate event of whatever fields you're typing in, or put it in a button that you use to "save and close" the form.

Okay, so I can use "Forms![FormName].Form.[FieldName] = [me.FieldName]" & "Forms![FormName].SetFocus." in a Button or AfterUpdate Event.

If you're just trying to send a value to another form. You can just use a button on click Forms!FormName!FieldName = FieldName Forms!FormName!FieldName.SetFocus

Yep. It's just `Forms!FormName!FieldName` Unless you have a subform, then its `Forms!FormName!SubformName.Form!FieldName` And you sometimes can't use SetFocus on a different form. You'll need to use GoToControl.
