You could use a totals query too to get the results. With criteria of the Forms!CustomerF!CustomerID on the form and using Max for the date field. Then you could change it into SQL view, copy the statement, and put it as the control source for that field on your form

Otherwise, DMax should work but harder to explain without knowing field names.

Fields would be LastOrderDate on CustomerF and OrderDate on the OrderT. Haven't done much with DMax so just looking for a little clarification.

DMAX("OrderDate","OrderT","CustomerID=" & CustomerID)

I'm not sure what you have for the table name CustomerID or the form field name CustomerID, so you'll need to change those.
