I am using Acccess 365. When trying the example shown in the video, I have realized that doing the first way to filter the records directly in the query now works fine. I don't need to use nested queries like you showed.
It looks like between Access 2013 and the latest version, they fixed the issue.
It's a good thing because it makes our life simpler.
