Printers

I have written a program the prints to two printers. One transaction would send a report to one printer and a label to the other.  I had a technition set up the printer part of the program.  One printer (report) is not printing now.  Where do I find where I would the options to check out the printers.  The printer seems to be working fine but is not receiving the report information.

Do you push a button to print the report? I would look in the VBA click event for that button. I have a few buttons setup to print various reports automatically and all the code is inside the button.

Each Report could also be saved with a specific default printer. Load up the Report in Design View and specify the printer to send it to. Save the report. As long as your VBA isn't overriding that setting, it should stay. Usually what happens is someone opens up the Report in Print Preview mode, CHANGES the printer for one print job, then SAVES the report, and that will save the new printer in the settings.
