Video could not be loaded

Trying to open any of Richard's videos and I get the message:
"The video could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"
All other .mp4 files are working correctly. Browser/Internet/wireless all working fine. I just had a new cable box and router installed. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

OK, I turned off the Ad blocker in MS Edge and now the videos run!!! Do I really have to have this option turned off?

I don't see ads on the site. Might try a different browser and see if you have issues. What ad blocker you use in Edge might be an issue. It also should be configurable per site. There are some sites I choose to disable for instance an others to allow because I want to support that site.

Apparently there was a glitch in the web site yesterday. Someone made a change in the Matrix and things got messed up. LOL. Seriously, though, looks like the video server went down for a little bit, but everything looks like it's back up and running fine now. Please try again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Glitches happen. And no, I don't run any ads on the site itself. I tried Google Adsense ads in the bottom footer, but they kept causing the site to run real slow. The only ads you'll see are YouTube ads during the "free" TechHelp videos.
