Search Multiple Checkboxes

I need to search for the following:

Files can be A, B,C,D or E  - but they can be only 1 of those things -
this is because a book can be only in 1 location at a time.  I have made
it so that you cannot enter a check mark anymore without unchecking the
other locations.  However, there are mystery records in my database that
has 2 or more checks.

How can I search for records with more than 1 check when you have more
than 1 way you can have more than 1 check.

Since I have to find the book to properly determine which location is
accurate, I want this list to be both all inclusive and not include
records where there is only 1 check.

If it's always ONE and ONLY one of those options, I would replace ABCDE checkboxes with a number and use a single field. Use an update query to replace them. Now to find the ones with multiple checkmarks just add the values together in a query. `X: A+B+C+D+E` Since YES values are -1 and NO values are 0, any item with multiple checks will have a value of -2 or less.
