Is it possible to import emails I receive and send to my customers into the contactT in my database and do you have a video I can buy

Sending is relatively easy. READING email takes a little more work. Alex is right - the Email Seminar is the way to go if you need both.

Any idea why when I click the button I created to save as an outlook contact I get this message the command or action SaveAsOutlookContact isn't available now. I get basically the same message if I use a macro or VBA Regards Carl

Do you have the Outlook lib referenced?

Not really sure what you mean but when I click the button in the north wind traders sample DB it works fine Ive checked the code and theyre both the same. Regards Carl

Go into Tools > References in your Code Editor. Make sure you've got a reference to the Outlook library in there.
