Yes they do can, technically that is correct if you go to build event that is what you choose to get to the code window. However personally, when I hear code builder, I think expression builder. The word BUILDER makes me think of using the crappy building tool.

Yeah, they're interchangeable terms. I say "code builder" because when you click the [...] button it asks if you want the "Code Builder" which brings up the VBA Editor (Code Editor). Good question.
