Hi my database goes to a nonprofit organization and all we do is receive phone calls and help people by phone. We keep logs of the calls we receive. Making this new database for my nonprofit, we need to have a history of the callers by phone number and when someone calls us that has called us a few times before we need that record to show up on our call log when other people take that particular call and see the history of that persons call. When I get a call and see that person called us several times and talked with other helpers here, I need to see who this person talked with, when they called and how they helped the caller. I hope this makes sense to you. How do I go about making that callers history show.
