How to copy records from continuous subform to another continuous subform?

I have Form (1) with form data and a Continuous Subform with data.
On Form (1) I have a button that will open Form (2) that is related to form 1.
Form (2) will have form data and a Empty Continuous Subform.
I want a Button on Form (2) that I can click and copy all of the data
from Form (1) Continuous Subform and put it in Form (2) Continuous Subform.

"Note" The button on Form (2) to transfer the data will be optional for the user to use they would also be able just to enter any data in the Form (2) Continuous Subform. Or click the Button and copy all of the data from Form (1) Continuous Subform.

I'd do it with nested recordsets, just like I covered in Access Developer 24 when you're copying an order and all of its detail items.

You COULD do it with SQL, but I think recordsets are easier.
