Error Message in Database

Hi: In my client table, two of the fields that had data in it show #deleted. When I deleted this and attempted to put the information back in there, it told me that I could not because another user had updated the summary box. I do not know why it is doing that or what to do. This is the only record that I am having problems with. I should specify that I am using the forms for the client table information.

Are these fields linked from another table in a query?

Usually #deleted is shown when a record is deleted (duh ;) ), and if you did something like deleted the customer that had a records (orders) in the order table, it would show #deleted or a blank value and could not let you edit it.

Another common time I've seen it is when using junction tables, if you delete a customer that is still listed in the junction table you'll have #deleted fields, you have to go into the junction table and remove them there as well.

Really you should try not to delete data though, instead make it inactive. Don't Delete Data

In addition to what Adam said you should run through the Troubleshooter. That will help make sure you db isn't corrupted.
