Continuous Report

I understand how to make a continuous form, but how do I make it print as a continuous report?

One of my forms is just a survey record: the date the building was surveyed and who surveyed it.  It is set up as a continuous form; however, when I go to print the report, it prints one name per page.  Frustrating!  How do I get all of the names to print continuously?

Shrink up that Detail section.

And move all that "stuff" up top to the Page Header or Report Header.

I turned on shrink, and when I go to Report View, all of the entries are on one page.  However, when I Print Preview & Print, it puts every entry on a single page.

What am I doing wrong?  What did I miss?

I was just going to suggest that. LOL.

And I didn't mean to turn Can Shrink on. I meant just remove the extra empty vertical space from your Detail section. Click and drag the bottom bar up. I show this in class.

Oh, no I understood what you meant.  I had a template that I was using sized for Letter plot; I shrunk up the space, but then thought that I better check the Shrink/Grow options as well.
