Forms for Contractors

Hello,
Thank you so much for all your tutorials and help.
I was wondering if you can tell me which tutorial to purchase to help me set up forms for contractors to fill out so that they do not have access to the ACCESS database with information we don't want them to see.

I initially thought I could just generate a ACCD but then I found that it is easy to access the database behind it. So either I didn't set it up correctly or there is a way to get access to it without any extra precautions taken.
I would like the main database to reside on a sharepoint folder that the contractor does not have access to, but I can create a database that is contractor specific that can reference the  main database for data that we want that contractor to see.  This database can be set in a sharepoint folder that the contractor can access. However, all I mainly want them to see is the form without any access to see any database.

Please help point me in the right direction about which tutorials I need to purchase to be able to achieve this.
Have a wonderful day.

Thanks again. :-)

I would recommend SQL Server over SharePoint if you want to share your database with other people like that. SharePoint is fine for teams within your organization, but SQL Server makes it so much easier to manage security like this. Plus with SQL Server you could develop a web-based form so that your contractors could fill the forms out using just their web browser and they wouldn't need a copy of Access. I cover all of this in my Access SQL Server Seminar and my ASP classes (for the web form stuff).

thank you I thought this was a private communication email when I filled out the form. I was confused. Sorry. Please remove this from the forum for me please. I don't want my number published for everyone to see. Thank you
