Is there away, that when you open a form, that a certain text box gets data that was entered in the previous table row to be able to a daily amount. example previous data 5400 and new data 8600 and then a unbound text back that will show [NewData]-[PreviousData] = 3200. Any information on this would be appreciated.

You could use DLOOKUP and DMAX to get that data. Let's say you have a table called MyT that has your data:

ID, Amount
1, 250
2, 375
3, 478

You can use DMAX function to determine the most recent ID in your table:

MaxID = DMAX("ID","MyT")

Now that MaxID variable has the most recent ID in your table. Now you can DLOOKUP the Amount for that ID:

CurVal = DLOOKUP("Amount","MyT","ID=" & MaxID)

Now you've got the current value that you're looking for. I cover a technique like that in this tutorial:
