Login Form VBA Causes Freeze

I created the Login form from the Security Seminar. I'm no VBA pro but I input the code exactly as Richard showed us. It all works perfectly but sometimes when i try to open the LoginF it just causes Access to freeze and the only way to fix it is to close Access from the Windows Quick Access Bar, restart Access, open the LoginF in design view, and then from design view open the LoginF in form view. There's obviously a problem here and I can't roll out this DB to the company until I get this figured out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Brad. The Security Seminar is around 12 years old and has been used by hundreds of my students without any complaints. It's the exact same code I use in my own personal database, and have been for perhaps 20 years now. I've also used the same code in dozens of professional database builds for clients of mine in the past. I would suspect that there's a problem on your system. Run down the Troubleshooter. I guarantee my code is good.
