In the lesson Access 202-02 Setting default values across two forms, the solution was to enter the full name of one forms field into the default field of another field.

In the demonstration to find the full name of a field was “=Forms!CustomerF!CustomerID” and Richard found this by holding the mouse of the field name, however when I do the same, no message or full field name appears. Is there another way of identifying what the full name of a field is so I know what to set the default value of the second form's field to.

The field name is always Forms!FormName!FieldName. You can find the name of the Form in the database window, or in the form's properties. The field name is easy, just open up it's property box and you'll see it at the top. I think the "holding the mouse over the field" was just a screen trick that I did while recording the video. If you can give me a time index, I'll tell you for sure. Sometimes I just pop up a little tip window on the screen for illustration purposes.
