How can I prevent others who have not purchased my databases, but they have got or copied my databases from my clients.
Is there a way to create a database that only work in a specific computer? Or can I monitor online who or what computer with what IP address or Mac Address is running my databases?

I'm not 100% sure on this, RICK MIGHT NEED TO CHIME IN, but I don't think 100% safe is possible with access alone.

You could try to make it difficult by disabling bypass and only distributing the ACCDE version. Then hardcode a check to see who the user/computer/location is and if it is not one that you've hard coded, to shut down the database, doesn't sound very friendly though to me. You might need to use some kind of 3rd party software here to "license key" it. If you're giving them the ACCDB, it can be broken.
