Is it possible to "wrap" a large paragraph around a photo in a report?

I sometimes augment my journal entries with a photograph. When I do, I would like the paragraph to wrap around the photo much like it can be done in Word. Currently, the report looks like there are two columns. One for the text and one for the photo. If there is no photo for that entry the text "column" stays at the narrow width whether or not there is a photo.

Is there a way to programmatically allow the report to determine whether or not there is a photo and set the control box width appropriately? And, if a photo is present and the text box is larger than the photo box to set the text box to wrap around the photo?
