no matter what i do it will not properly calculate the days from DueDate to today's date ... any ideas? in some cases it returns more days than is possible ... but the older record never surpasses 30 days

What is the code you are using?

Need more to go on. Let's see some screen shots. Check your spelling. Check your data types. Check the Troubleshooter. Read Rule #2. :)

no worries ... i managed to find a work around ...
