I downloaded your sample data base for the start of lesson 6 so that I would have the same data in the sample I am working with as you are using in your lesson. I created the Employee table in lesson 6 without issue. Your lessons are quite easy to follow along with. The issue i have run into is i started to add records to the Employee table in form view and was able to add the first two records without incident. When I added the 3rd record, i get to the Home phone, work phone fields i am now getting an error message that says "the field is too small to accept the amount of data I am attempting to add. Try inserting or pasting less data" I have checked the Input mask on the phone fields and they are correct. I followed your lesson and copied over the fields from the Customer table.
