I'm trying to figure out how to build a Form to generate random lists from groups within our customer companies. We do drug testing for companies and within these companies, employees are assigned to groups such as DOT and non-DOT. Each quarter we have to randomly pick 20% of each company's DOT employees for testing, 30% of non-DOT, and 10% of the 25% for alcohol testing. While I know how to build a query and have it return the desired number of employees, I'm the only one in the office who knows how to build them. I'm wondering if maybe someone (maybe Richard :) can show me how to build a form with combo boxes that will allow the people in the office to pick a company, group, and randomly generate a specified percentage of employees from that list so we can submit a Random Report to our customers for testing? I love the courses BTW. Thanks
