Not easily. Once Access gets a network interruption, it just crashes. I'm not sure if you could intercept that error message or not. You might be able to do it by having a little "watchdog" form running a timer event in the background, constantly checking for a value in a table, and if it doesn't find it, RESTART the database - which is usually the only way you can get everything back online. I've got code to relink the tables (Access SQL Seminar) but reconnecting once the network connection is lost is a pain. But... it's certainly worth investigating. I'll experiment when I get a few free minutes.

Thank you it's been a pain I've had our it department look into the server issue as well but they have heard nothing about the issue except from me so they think it's just me even though others have told me they have the problem to.
