Quicken Money Program

Dear Richard, Many Years ago, I used to use the Quicken Money Program. The Money Register section was good in that I could put all of the previous years transactions into this years Register (just add the year). It was good because you could see what was coming due in the weeks/months ahead. As each date was reached/passed the colour of the register would be different to dates where future transactions were coming due. Quicken would also have a Blue bar across the register on the date or the nearest date to the then current date. Could you show us how this might work in a Access continuous sub form where past dates in the register are different colour compared to future dates yet due and then also add a thin coloured label/text box across the register to the nearest closest date. I am just trying to copy the look of the Quicken Money Register. Adding all the Bills Accounts due ahead in time and also adding 2% to the last account meant I was pretty close to the amount when that Bill arrived. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
