Hey Richard and guys. Me and my director is enjoying the calendar that you put together in the seminar. One question, how would we put one person on all Mondays, or Wednesdays, etc. using a field i put in with a choice primary or fill. The person choosing fill is filling in is only for that day. the person choosing primary is on all Mondays, or Wednesdays, etc. Not being advanced in vba coding, I can only learn as I have time.

With this particular calendar database, you'd have to make manual entries. In a future edition, I'm going to show how to make recurring appointments. The main focus for this seminar was formatting the monthly calendar form/report.

Hi Richard I see what you are saying here, like I said my director and some of the other people I work with were very impressed. Thanks for the seminar and looking forward to the furture video for the calendar.
