This is a strange one. I use a split form for a back Account Maintenance form.  It get it records from a query.  I set the form properties to allow edit, Additions and deletes.  I save the form and the edits, record addition and delete records work for the first time.  But from then on it does not work and I look at the form properties, it return to not allow.
