I am intermediate level with MS Acess.
I am am trying to export a access report to a word document, but i keep losing the formatting.  This database is for a competency card database that needs to be digitally signed by a trainer and emailed to the card holder so they can print the report. I am aware access does not allow digital signatures. When i export to an rtf file i lose some of the formating, ie the lines and boxes. I am able to export the words and letters in the correct format, but no boxes and lines. What do I need to do to retain the orginal look of the report? Is there an easier way to do this? any help you could provide would be great. thank you in advance.

Instad of exporting to Word, why not print to a PDF file?
