I am very new to this and am having a blast with the building and designing of all things.  I have been searching and cannot find anything on auto unchecking of the IsActive box.  I have a trucking company and get new load numbers all the time and when the load is hauled I use a form to log all the info.  While logging it I chose the load number to reference other data from that table such as miles and rate.  I am curious if there is a way once I use that load number is there a way to uncheck the IsActive box so it no longer appears in my query and is no longer in my list of available loads?  Maybe a better way of logging this as well? Open to suggestions.  Thanks
