Hi Richard, I took a break from my Database for a few days then got together with my Executive Director and going over the calendar. I did take the advice of Adam and redid of the fields on the calendarT with the Shift. Now I have a number in front of my shifts, Example "1 (2-6AM)" numbering them in order 1 - 6. I tried to use the query to sort them and it did work until got to the calendar itself, It didn't sort them. I would rather use the VBA code. I am thinking the doCmd.setorder possibility. I would like to get your advice on it also. Thank you both for the help.
