First table is MovieT containing the names all the movies you are interested in.
Second table PersonT containing all the people involved in the movie.
Third table RoleT containing all the roles that Person may play (Director, Producer, Actor... etc).
Fourth table ProductionT containing the Foreign Keys from MovieT, PersonT and RoleT (All part of a composite Primary Key, or at least a Unique Index if you plan to have a Surrogate Key, like Autonumber, in ProductionT).
You may want to add an Effective Date and End Date to ProductionT to handle people leaving or being replaced during the production.
If it's likely that a Person could leave and then return then Effective Date needs to be part of the Primry Key of ProductionT
