Mr. Rost,
Is there a way to specify a criteria for a report?  I want to create a report that shows all the business phone numbers for personnel in my office that are actively employed (one of the fields in my personnel table), but I don't want that field to show on my report.
In sum, I want only my current employees in my report, not those who have retired or resigned.
How can I do this?
Please advise.
