Is there a way to make the second field the value of the first field from the previous record.. ie Num1] in record 1 is 15, I want in record 2 field named is [Num2] to have the value of Num1 in record 1 to be 15. I just want a field to be the value of a second field be the value from a different field from the previous record

Why? What are you trying to achieve?

Sure. You're going to need a combination of DLookup and either DMax or DMin.

I am a diabetic, I wanted a report that show if my current blood sugar is -30% or +30% from my previous blood sugar. I get one report but I must enter the previous sugar on every record'..

Can't you just look up the value from the previous entry? That's one of the most useful features of a database... to prevent duplicate data entry.
