I watched the video on Running Sums using DSUM in a form (Access Expert 29) How would I add an additional criteria so the formula will provide a running sum of a specific product? I want to base it on the FormID as shown plus a specific product which is documented in a separate column.

You just add more to the criteria area. Such as DSUM("Price","PriceT","ID=" & ID & " and Price<10") Also be aware of text fields needing to use Double Double Quotes

If you want it to running sum, you're going to need to add criteria that is <= the autonumber transaction info field. For instance something like this. DSUM("Price","PartsT","PartID=" & PartID & "and TransacationID<=" & TransactionID)

Need a space "and TransacationID. " and TransacationID
