Are you tracking who is salary with a checkbox or anything? You should calculate each amount (commision, wages, etc) seperately in the query, and then total them up.

This would actually make a good video. Can you post a screen shot (sample data, of course) of what your ideal spreadsheet would look like, and I'll convert it to Access for you. I've done this in bits and pieces before, but never all of it together in one simple video. :)

Also curious how to have a paystub breakdown of pay period FICA/Medicare/Withholdings and an annual.  Still too new at this and trying to learn as much as possible with having 4 kids, a wife and 2 businesses.  I really enjoy watching all your videos and your teaching method.  You are thorough in all I have seen thus far.  I appreciate the passion you have for your business and your willingness to share it with us.
