Hi Richard,

I am new to access and I am trying to create a form that contains a search button that searches a table. What do you think would be the best way to go about doing this?

Thank you very much

Answer from Richard Rost:

First of all CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss. That's awesome.

What's best is whatever works FOR YOU. Whatever you enjoy… and keeps you working out.

Personally, I like to mix it up. One day I'll go for a nice long, slow jog. The next day I might do some heavy interval sprints. Keep it different. Keep your body guessing.

Also, make sure you throw some weight training in there too. Hit the irons once or twice a week. Great for fat burning.

Answer from Richard Rost:

You need to create multiple sections with a SECTION BREAK. Then you can set different page numberings, headers, footers, etc. for each section.

To set up different page numbering schemes inside your document, you need to set up SECTION BREAKS. See this tutorial:

Answer from Richard Rost:

What you need is a CROSSTAB query. Try a Google search for more information, or see this tutorial:
