Import Data to Other Tables

Hi am pretty new to this. I have a single record data set from an excel sheet and want to split off addresses and email to other tables to accommodate multiple entries for data types.
I don't have them yet in the original file, like addresses, emails items etc. but I want to accommodate that and get the data moved out into related tables right from the start.
What is the best approach?

Sounds like you'll be needing Action Queries. Without more specifics, I can't be more specific. :)

Import into a temp table first Then move the data across to other tables with Append Queries Or use a Recordset and loop the data and move with INSERT statements
